I started going to The Lift 2 years ago. In April, I decided to sign up for the Fat Blast Challenge to see what kind of results I would get if I followed the training & nutritional plan. I was given an in body scan at the beginning, midway, & at the end of the challenge. Matt provided an easy to follow nutrition plan with portion sizes. Kathy and the Lift trainers pushed me and gave me the confidence to train a bit harder to get the results & strength they knew I was capable of. I wound up winning the challenge!!! I lost 15.5% of relative body fat while gaining lean muscle mass. I feel stronger and healthier than I have ever felt! I am still following the diet and training plan even though “the challenge” is over because I feel great doing it. I can’t say enough about The Lift family!

The Lift Gym in Point Pleasant is a life changer. My first challenge in 2018 saw me loss 20.1 in 6 weeks. After struggling through 2019 & 2020 with a third back surgery and covid related weight gain my weight went from 236 to 270 lbs and I lacked energy and motivation. In March 2021 I received a challenge from The Lift. An 8 week challenge not for weight loss but body fat. I accepted the challenge and proceeded to drop my bodyfat from 24.8% to 18.4% while adding skeletal muscle in 8 weeks. Kathy, Matt and the rest of The Lift Crew provided me with the training, diet and motivation I needed to succeed. It is up to you to take that first step………. "There isn’t anyone who can’t be a member at The Lift Gym. My husband and I have been working out there for 8 years (through 2 full term pregnancies for me — I delivered both babies with a total of 3 pushes) and still, are not bored of the workouts. As a member, we need to do nothing more than show up.
